Enjoy a wine & charcuterie tasting for up to 12 guests in the private room at 117 Prime from Chef Ryan Trimm and Sommelier Jake Smith.  For a two hour tasting, Chef Trimm will prepare an array of his celebrated house-made cured meats, patés, and sausages, as well as his favorite artisanal cheeses and all the accoutrements.  To complement this variety of culinary delights, Sommelier Jake Smith will walk you through a tasting selection of special wines to enjoy, including proper Champagnes, highly-rated Napa Cabernets, rare imports, and undiscovered gems - all sourced from the award-winning cellars of 117 Prime.  Throughout the tasting, Jake and Chef Trimm will be available to answer questions, educate, and entertain you and your guests with their wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of food and wine.
